Все четко. Назначил время в госуслуг ах. Пришёл на 30 мин. Раньше. Подошёл на стойку информации. Сказали в какое окно идти. Всё очень быстро и чётко. Мне все понравилось.

I changed my rights. Appointed for public services at 11.15 - I came in advance, nothing is clear. A crowd of people is sitting, it is not clear where to go. I asked at the window, they said to wait. At 11.45 they called me and suddenly, in 10 minutes, everything was completed. A strange impression remained.

Awful place with awful service. You can come by appointment at 12:00 and wait 3 hours, because people who are late for 3 hours with an appointment at 9 in the morning will be served before you !!!

Disgusting place, no toilet, only outside, extremely long wait
