Disgustingly, 02.03.2019 in the evening around 22:00 came, ordered a pizza Alaska self-delivery, paid, said in literally 3-5 minutes will be ready (such as pizza already in the oven), okay took a check, went to the family, on the way back went to take his pizza, in front of me there were two other customers, as it turned out they ordered Alaska by phone and came to collect. I understand in principle, the human factor, it happens, without claims, usually, and now there were no prerequisites for conflict, BUT, with some reason, the saleswoman caught up with me, that you see I had to warn her. What is asked about? In general, it pumped, and I'm guilty? Some blonde cook came out and said, the quote is okay - the young man will wait. Well, he waited a million more time while he waited for them to read the inscription near their counter: if you are not offered a discount in the mobile application, then the order to you is free, yeah, no one offered it to anyone, I do not see a free order that I do not see, you're lying? Nobody apologized for the delay in order, for the time spent, like this is in the order of things. And this despite the fact that I'm generally polite to all communicate. And after, having opened a box at home, I realized that they did not put me a pizza 30cm, but obviously less, although the price is almost two times different! Previously, I liked everything, now basically I will not buy anything from you, and I will not recommend all friends to order pizza from you.

Usually always fast, delicious. But there are wishes to the cook - to make pizza more juicy, it turns out rather dryly. After an hour is not so delicious, the dough becomes tough
