CONCLUSION: this person merged after it became known that the parcel would not get into her compartment, but would go through another. Therefore, it becomes clear that Shavkunova wanted to steal the parcel without any payment, using her official position. The sent item was in the amount of 6000 rubles. Your employees are engaged in fraudulent mail. Shame!

Operators are slow but polite. For some reason, they cannot, according to the passport, see where the package is. Very expensive shipping in Russia. A couple of days ago I sent boxes with an average weight of 1 kg, for each they took 300 rubles. The first class of 440 rubles (50% more expensive!) - Rip off! Consistently in this department parcels from China are stolen! Insolently they can send a notice a day before the expiration of the time of receipt, and then also an orator, supposedly they sent you a notice a month ago, and you, the blind, did not see it, although we check the box daily. Many parcels that are tracked and are already at their destination simply do not receive a notification; they are supposedly not in the mail. Just a disgrace!

In principle, everything is fine. Parcel notification has never been brought on time. I myself track when the parcel arrives at the office, I get it. And after three days I see a notice in the mailbox. Sometimes you can even get out of turn because there are few people.
