I will say that for the month of the tournament I personally called the director of the sanatorium Tatyana Evgenevna and agreed on the number of people who will come. By mail sent a list of children and parents. Two days before my arrival, I phoned the director once more, which I was kindly told to worry about, they are placing children 28 times already in the futon tournament. BUT!!!! As it turned out - words were only words !!! When we arrived, the whole hour awaited settling. And we were given a room only after the director herself came to the sanatorium. I will say right away that nobody is at the sanatorium! No one! for what does not answer and can not take any decisions without agreement with the director !!! On kadzhomu issue had to call her independently, because administrators sent to her, without even trying to solve the problem or call her. A lot of promises were given before the arrival: a tutor for children, entertainment for children, a salt cave and a sauna. As a result: the salt cave was not given on the pretext that everything was occupied (the room where it was kept all the time was closed), the sauna managed to get out three days later of negotiations with the divorector. The educator was not seen in person, from entertainment was a movie (old films) and games from a psychologist. If we talk about the kitchen, then it was not bad. Often given an addition to children, portions large. Of the minuses: the coach of one of the teams was injured head, because of the broken window shutter, which the wind pushed and she fell on his head. There is no TV in the rooms. The premise with a shower is in another building. In October, the damp children walked from the shower to the building where they lived. The room with the dining room is also separate on the territory. Last century!!! Internet and mobile communications are caught very badly, Wai Fai - for "lightning" the phenomenon is not existing! there is no buffet or shop. From the city is far, on foot - 5 km. Total; Personally, I and my team would not want to live in such a place anymore. Evaluation does not pull even at 3.
