I want to share our family experience in buying shoes in the department 'Definitive', IP Sinitsyna, Section # 53 of the Shopping Center 'Empire'. The wife bought winter shoes in this department, the saleswoman said that the shoes are real wool and you can walk up to 25 degrees below zero. The wife dressed them at minus 10 and froze completely. Since not even a week has passed, they decided to either exchange them for warmer ones or return the money. In response, they heard that you already wore them and they can’t take them back. It also became known that this is not real wool from another saleswoman. To my arguments that they deceived us, I just heard what can be said, everyone chooses what to buy. Be careful in buying shoes in this department, do not believe the sellers.
