If you look from afar, the park is still nothing. Near it is some kind of horror. It’s not that there are piles of garbage under each bush, the absence of benches, syringes everywhere, but someone put mines in the grass. You can walk with the dog while there is nobody. From morning till night, homeless people and drunks walk or roll around, screaming, climb the bushes. Then they go to the Torch area and there they sleep right in the middle of the road in the private sector.

All hope for the builders! They can do a miracle with this place
