The best taxi in the city in my opinion. Adequate price and drivers. Never came across a hamlo, and those who say the opposite ..... first learn to communicate yourself. I go every day: to and from work, I order a courier a couple more times a week - I have never failed.
I used this service for the first time. I was surprised by the low price and the opportunity to choose the "Personal driver" service. I could not find a similar tariff in other applications. The quality of the service provided fully justified itself.
I called a taxi, as the car suddenly broke down. An unmarked man arrived and parked in the yard. The operator did not call back and did not send an SMS on arrival. Therefore, I was freaked out at the entrance, and the driver was resting in the parking lot at that time. I needed to take the child to the kindergarten, and I indicated this address. It started to rain on the way, and I asked the driver to wait for me and take me back. Naturally not free. To which I received an ingenious phrase in response: no, what if you then have to go somewhere else 🤦♀️. Even so, isn't that the job of a taxi driver?
I want to share that a bad set of drivers, honestly the price is tempting, but when you are standing alone with a child late in the evening and you just refused to take a taxi, and the reason he did not want to wait for us 5 minutes for which I pay, and at the same time I came up and warned and stood next to a taxi waiting for a third passenger, this is generally overkill. Or do you have conditions for drivers in your taxi Maxim: do what you want ???
2 times a week I ran into such drivers from this taxi, they refused to take us with a 3-year-old child, which I reported in the comments. One of them left without waiting for us, the other simply refused to wait. If the drivers are looking for what the client is willing to pay, this is some kind of catch, then stay at home !!!
The black list includes drivers in Alex's car in Lada Granta, gray 478 and in my list Maxim on Hyundai Solaris, black 330.
I constantly travel and use Maxim's taxi, on the whole I'm satisfied, until one strange incident happened:
09/05/2020 on Saturday at 22:20 my girlfriend drove from Bragino to Frunze in a Renault Logan white car with number 956.
According to the girl, the driver looked adequate, embarrassed by the driver's questions.
So, imagine. you are a girl driving home alone and you hear the following questions:
- Who are you coming from?
- Where are you going?
- Is someone waiting for you at home?
- Can we go somewhere?
- Where else are we going to stop?
(given that the address says where and where to go, think about whether a normal driver will ask such questions)
Today I called in a taxi - Maxim the girl (operator) offered to connect with the driver, probably it was necessary to talk to him, but he just asked to have a conversation with the driver, to which the girl replied dismissively "Good" and hung up.
Be attentive to such drivers.
