Passport Office

The worst office in town. Some kind of habalks are sitting, not police officers. The bureaucracy is simply incredible. There are no actual stands with samples of filling in documents. Each time, the conditions for filling out documents are changed, then with a blue pen, then with a black one. Everything is done in order to send people to a neighboring building, where all forms for them will be paid for. It is not possible to obtain documents through public services. Complain through the site is also impossible, since there is no choice for this organization.

Why is the work schedule changing all the time? I took a picture of the schedule and, in complete confidence, having taken leave from work, I come from the other end of the city for a passport and I have a surprise, a day off. At the same time, Google says that the passport office is open. For what reason is such a lack of respect for its citizens?

The schedule is constantly changing, plus low-skilled workers.
