I really liked the office. Workers answered all questions, helped with the packaging when sending the parcel.

On December 13, 2017, the postal operator did not accept payment for receipts from the Perm intercom company, in particular from a subscriber from Kuybyshev 62-106, unkindly offering her to go to pay "to where she paid," that is, to the office of the intercom company. By the way, the subscriber walks with a stick. It is completely incomprehensible why the receipt of the intercom company arranges other post offices, but did not arrange the operator of branch No. 16. I would like to receive an answer. Impossibly rude staff !! I stood in a queue for a parcel, already 1.5 hours, and as a result, an employee yelled at me, because I didn’t sign it ..... It’s just terrible that such mail exists .. There isn’t such a message in others!

An eternal pandemonium ... have introduced an electronic line-up! Employees work in my opinion according to my mood ... never in a hurry ... here indifference to customers reigns
