Over the past year, the department has changed, there are practically no queues, employees are always ready to help, all issues are resolved quickly, mutual assistance is very noticeable. If a queue forms at one of the windows, free employees immediately go to help. The work of the entire Russian Post has become noticeably better. Parcels arrive on time, when they are sent, they immediately say when the shipment will be delivered, you can track it on the website, and sms come. I would like to see such improvements everywhere!

I could not get the package, because I work late. I left a request on the site, they called me soon, explained the situation to them, gave me a solution. The parcel was handed over.
