I came to this department to make a refund. In the first place there were almost none, and the one that was moving very quickly. Secondly, I had problems sending the return itself. And most importantly, no one told me to go to hell with their problems, and right away 3 postal workers helped me figure this out. I was very pleased with the visit, a good building, and a special human thanks to the staff.

From the moment we made the electronic queue, the waiting time only increased. Call for coupons, while people leave the queue. Sometimes ten calls go nowhere, people sitting cannot receive the package, and the windows are empty. Women working there are rude, forever "the program in the computer is to blame." Often you have to see how employees do anything, but not work with clients. Talking on a personal phone for ten minutes about plans for the evening, and then saying that it was she who answered the client’s call is the norm here. To pick up the parcel you wait 40 minutes. Pay utilities, 15 minutes. For employees always run somewhere or they have problems with the computer. But it seems that there are problems with the head. I believe that the women who work there are to blame for this the least. Just instead of working, mail wants to make your life even harder.

I pay the loan to the bank by mail. At the conclusion of the agreement at the bank, the employee said that the money transfer is free for me. Every time at the post office, the operator takes money from me, allegedly for the transfer service. The postal employee cannot explain why I should do this. Once again I asked this question, after which, the operator Margina Svetlana started shouting that I should go to another post office, threw me my money and said that she would not accept my payment. The hotline told me that I shouldn't pay for the so-called service. I'm not going to tolerate such a boorish attitude, I will write complaints against this unqualified employee.
