They try to cheat when packing, they immediately give a large size, but allegedly there are no small sizes, this cannot always be. There is always one ticket office and a huge queue. Service is just zero.

The room is square. There is no electronic queue. 3 windows work during the day. The queues are large. The staff are polite. November '20.

I often go to send or receive parcels, have never come across rudeness or long work of employees. The only thing but - eternal misunderstandings with the schedule of work, in fact, that on electronic resources.

Awful mail arrived at work on Saturday to receive the parcel.
