But they refused to give it to him. not yet delivered to the parish, as a result, I had to enter into a verbal battle for 15 minutes, as a result the head of the department came and handed the parcel without question. Why is it asked to create problems out of the blue?

People don't even rush to work. I've been standing in line for 25 minutes already, one woman serves one for a long time.

Queues outside the evening are often less than 3 people. Service is not long, big problem in slow delivery

Russian Post is the country's most miserable and inefficient organization! Permanent lines simply kill any desire to receive or send something. Why can not arrange the delivery of parcels to recipients by courier? Is it really that hard? A shame!
