Constantly queues, takes one operator, people.

Probably, this is already my favorite branch of RossPost, because I visit him very often. I read a lot of negative reviews about the staff ... girls are different, when they are positive, when they are not in the mood, but after all, much does not depend on them, and clients do not come as gifts and they first of all set the mood for the employees. On my own behalf, I will say that the Russian Post has made great progress in terms of modernization and the long lines that I defended are a thing of the past. And it's even easier with electronic apps. People, paper notices - this is the last century, because it is because of them that you create a queue. A passport is no longer needed in all cases when receiving / sending. Be modern. But the big minus of this department is that there is NO bicycle parking and I have to go with my "friend". All positive and parcels! ;)

Constant queues, not friendly staff. If you do not know which window to approach you, it's a disaster. Prepare for angry looks and what may be misdirected.

Overall it was good. But recently they took some kind of goofy intern - spoils the whole picture
