Polite staff, work fast, there are no queues.

The post is just disgusting. Almost always queues, allow yourself to be rude. Lose items, do not perform work improperly. Somehow they lost the parcel for six months, although they addressed them almost for a month, they said that the mail was returned to the addressee. There were also cases of deliberate delay of parcels in the department. There are more cases of non-sending letters and notices by the postman

Poor perform their duties. Losing the package "supposedly" service is just awful.

There is always a queue, most often only one woman works. It's terribly stuffy in the department itself

It’s just awful, I waited 40 parcels from China for 3 months, one was given to me open, they tore up the package and looked at what was inside, they didn’t like it and they returned it to me with the words “Russia’s mail always returns parcels”, this is tin of course, then I came to the post office is there a parcel in my name, they tell me that it isn’t, and in a day my mailbox falls from 16 parcels that are “stuffed”, they never send notifications, the queue is constantly huge, the consultants are very slow and aggressive. the worst post I've ever come across
