Disgusting post office. In the last six months, even personal correspondence (letters, parcel notifications) has ceased to be worn. When contacting the department, there is always a long line, albeit an electronic one. They serve very slowly, they say that there are not enough people.

This is pipets, not a post office! Complained even to them on the site. The result is zero. At the entrance to them it is written on the plate that they say that we work for you, quickly and conveniently. Such a feeling - they decided to confess. Mail on the second floor, plus the first floor at a high distance from the level of the sidewalk. The stairs to enter are very steep and high, a stroller along them, well, no matter how. Further the obstacle is the door. Silencing, but holding the stroller in one hand - generally unopened. Further, an obstacle from two flights of stairs. And all with a stroller in his arms. A shame. Well, they wrote about the mess inside without me. My rating is not 2, but -2.

The service at the post office of Russia has changed, of course, for the better, for example, they have put terminals and enter the electronic queue. BUT! As before, people are rude. And this significantly reduces the quality of service.
