Dry age steak wasn't available. The whiskey of our choice wasn't available. No compliments or discounts for unavailable items. The replacement steaks and whiskey were good, however. Good choice of wines. I hope next time I come here, the things I didn't get will be available.

The other day we visited this beautiful, cozy restaurant. Very atmospheric place! The courtesy of the staff and the warm welcome from the very beginning set a positive mood. We were impressed with the cuisine, we especially liked Serbian Kebab and the Mix of Berries Cheesecake. Pleasant music, fast food and a large assortment in the wine list - definitely I rate the restaurant at 10 out of 10.

My visit to Ashes and Fire happened at the prompt of my good friend (thank him very much for that!). To begin with, I introduce myself - I am a graduate of the international culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, who has visited 34 countries and more than 130 cities around the world. My culinary taste is quite simple, although I’m looking for a certain “highlight” in different institutions. Here I found a kind of “culinary paradise” for myself and that’s why. The concept of the institution is clear and thoughtful - Central European cuisine with Russian-Ural cuisine. The local sterlet, the gnarliness and the duck are clearly different in taste from those that I tried in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The chef doesn’t admire marketing, but delivers understandable by name, incredibly tasty and very authentic dishes! Within two days I tried several dishes and saw a very painstaking work both in the cooking technology and in the approach to each ingredient, every little thing! I felt a special salt in the taste of salmon and a subtle, demented, aroma of freshly ground pepper on a steak, the receptors cannot be fooled - everything was fresh and delicious! I was also hooked by the “trick” in the concept of this restaurant - the choice of wines is not through the wine list, but visually through a visit to the glass wine cellar, which is located almost in the middle of the restaurant, where all prices are indicated on bottles, but if you need help in selecting fault - the waiters will kindly tell you. Speaking of waiters and service in general. So sincerely, competently and professionally the guys approached the quality of service that you involuntarily feel like a king here! Thanks to all the staff of the institution for the gift of feeling and incredibly positive emotions that remained after visiting Ashes and Fire! Special thanks to the project managers, chef and founders of this wonderful restaurant!

Visited the restaurant today Ash and fire. I ordered chorbu with pike perch and pizza. Chorba worthy with a decent piece of perch fillet. Pizza is gorgeous, has not eaten this for a long time. Hot baguette with butter was served to the chorbe, bread is baked in the oven right in the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is also worthy of attention. I recommend to visit this restaurant in Orenburg.
