The struggle was waged continuously for 3.5 months, in which it was not without cardiac resuscitation, for which thanks to Pavel Gvozdeev, who was at the right time in the right place! For all those who are just looking at the clinic, I want to say - do not believe the reviews in which they write that doctors do not care about an animal and that money is being pumped out! The attending physician Daria is so not indifferent to the fate of Tyson that she was in touch with her personal phone 24/7, in spite of weekends, vacations, sick leave and being outside the country. He always answers, always advises what, how, in what dosages the animal should be given in each specific case. As for pumping out money, I also draw your attention to the fact that the pricing policy of the clinic does not differ from the pricing policy of human medical services. If a person without an insurance policy comes to the same clinic, not to mention private well-known clinics, you will see that for an appointment, examination, diagnosis - plus / minus pay the same amount. And this is obvious, because vet. a doctor, just like an ordinary doctor, is trained at a university, receives a qualification, the equipment does not differ from human and costs money, what's the difference between what blood to test - a person or a dog? The process is the same. Organs and most diseases are the same. Many medicines are used by people, you do not know their prices? Well, there are no state clinics for animals and insurance for them. Yes, it does not come out cheaply, but if the first appointment of a therapist costs 400-600 rubles, then a veterinary therapist also. If an appointment with a narrow specialist / head of a department / head physician costs 800 - 1200, then an appointment with the head physician of the veterinary clinic is the same. If an ultrasound scan costs 500 - 1000, depending on the organ, then what difference does it make to whom? As for the queues, in my opinion, we should be happy that so many people trust their pets to this particular clinic, isn't this an indicator of professionalism? I read somewhere that they had been waiting for Anna Dmitrievna's reception for several hours, which she was taking for a long time. I wonder, did you wait? How quickly did you release the doctor for other waiting patients? She is the heads. a doctor who himself conducts appointments and, if necessary, consults and gives his opinion to doctors. A multidisciplinary specialist, in particular heart disease and oncology, plus surgery. Yes, it is extremely difficult to catch her. But whoever needs it, he gets it, waits for several hours and does not complain. Also, I cannot fail to mention the doctor Fatkullin Ramil, who saved the cat named Tatoshka. Upon initial admission, it was found that he had 3/4 lung damage. The question of the appropriateness of the treatment was decided in principle. It was decided to try. He was treated at a day hospital in a box with oxygen. The cat, as it turned out, had all its teeth rotted and it was impossible to feed it with dry food, so as not to destroy the jaw. The first time I felt sorry for not giving dry food, he asked very much and I did. I came to the clinic and complained to Katya, an employee from the medical staff, unfortunately I do not know the last name. She says to me: I was sorry too, and I also gave it on stationary feeding, and Ramil saw it, scolded, said: you will do it again, you will collect his jaw yourself! And they write that the doctors do not care about animals ... Ramil every time when I appeared in the clinic with Tyson, and I am a permanent resident there, he was interested in Tatoshka's health and behavior. Health to you and your pets!

They operated on our tax. We don't walk yet. The fourth day after back surgery. But we stopped writing, we go to the toilet on the street. Maybe go a little at night. But I think the bladder fills with urine and does not hold back a little. We walk on a bondage for the hind legs. He became merry again. Communicates with a Pekingese (another of our pet). We will wait for improvements.

Only pleasant impressions from the clinic. It is not very convenient for us to get there, but with any problems outside of "getting vaccinated" we are now going here. Maybe we are still lucky, but we haven't seen any mega-queues, the maximum sitting in the reception is half an hour. Doctors are good at finding contact with animals. There was no siphoning of money and the imposition of additional services. We managed with our animals here to go through examinations, tests, ultrasound, droppers and even one operation - the actions of the clinic staff never caused any complaints. If there was a car, they would go for vaccinations to this veterinary clinic.
