It was nice to deal with professionals. After reserving a kitten, we talked with the breeder and received photos and videos of the baby. At the appointed time, the kitten was sent. I met him by train. All vaccinations, deworming, carried out in the nursery, and castration, too. The breed is clean, the care is excellent, the level of professionalism and responsibility of the nursery is huge. Thank you, Love, for Melange! We will try to grow up healthy and happy!

We got a kitten, it was sent to another city (we got a cat on 09/06/2019, a veterinary certificate is available). Within a week, they noticed that he sneezes and snotty. They referred to the veterinarian, after a few days received not the best results (09/12/2019). The cat has a whole “bouquet” of diseases: chlamydia, bordetellosis and cryptococcosis, and the last disease has been treated for a long time (why it is not known: either the conditions are such or the parents of the kitten are carriers). I wrote to the breeder (Pasko L.) with a request for a refund. The breeder advised to treat the kitten, but we have a healthy animal, and the doctor insisted on compulsory isolation, which, unfortunately, is unlikely in the conditions of our apartment. We also hoped that the animals would make friends while they were still children. Therefore, we thought again, and, since we liked the cat, we asked for compensation due to the fact that the kitten was not healthy, in the amount of 10 thousand rubles. (the kitten cost 30 tr not including the price for sending to our city and transportation), or, in case of refusal of compensation for the return of the kitten with the return of the entire cost of the cat. Initially, we paid a deposit of TR 10, then we paid the remainder after receiving the cat and wanted the breeder to do the same. We received a brutal response that included the depreciation of the whole situation and the reluctance to compromise. In general, that only if the cat is returned and received by the breeder in Samara, we will get the money back. We insisted on a pledge, then we received an offer to issue a letter of credit, however, we were refused this. Moreover, it turned out that the kitten does not belong to this cattery at all, the contract was not attached (although its conclusion was discussed on the website). In short: they sold us a sick kitten, we didn’t get a contract for it, we couldn’t return it, we will have to treat it ourselves, which will require a lot of extra effort, and the cat can remain a cryptococcosis carrier for life. These are just respiratory diseases, we will definitely carry out other tests. Perhaps for someone it’s just a “snot,” but I’m not sure that someone will buy a kitten for this price if they sound the disease. Save your nerves. PS: it seems that the breeder inattentively read this review. And we are not sure that in a Moscow apartment you can become infected with a disease in 6 days, the carriers of which are domestic chickens. The diagnoses were confirmed in two more clinics after. The cat stayed with us and became part of the family, and he, of course, is not to blame for the irresponsibility of the breeders. We love and treat him, he already feels much better and even overcome chlamydia. We hope that he will recover soon, as it hurts so much at a young age, when immunity is just forming - not very good.
