In short, they did not even consider it necessary to read for an hour. and the next day, like a car left for us. We have already given three thousand, the community had to agree. I had two aunts on 64 years old, you can't drag them around Moscow with suitcases. Here's a story. I've heard bad stories about a fellow traveler before. They have become unreliable, very much. They don't even try with such ratings. They are taking them to Moscow well, but back as it turns out. They didn't even apologize, the woman made a serious mistake. She easily messed up the numbers for us.

After a wonderful vacation, the motherland met awkwardly, even rudely in the person of the driver of this company. Landing at 6 in the morning, we arrived at 5.58. One person was delayed, asked to wait 5 minutes, to which they received the answer: "I'm leaving in a minute. What, do you think if you put the suitcases into the car and that's it? I WILL NOT WAIT ANYONE!" This impudence was numb, this is a service! At a stop in Pokrov, he closed the car for 15 minutes, passengers could not enter the passenger compartment, they froze on the street at a temperature of +1. Returned from the sea .... cold meets n companion !!!!!! We will try not to use the services of this company

The phone was not picked up the first time. In a rather rude form, the girl on the phone said to wait for the next transfer in 5 hours !!!! If it were possible to contact the driver directly, such problems would not have arisen, especially considering our delay for some 10 minutes. The desire to use the services of this company was completely lost.
