Today the administrator Olga responded impudently to the return of the shoes: "what for did you buy the shoes at all, and then drag them back." Shoes are not cheap. The shoes are of good quality, but the mother (adult) cannot put on shoes without effort. In the store, consultants helped her, but at home she herself needs. The administrator did not want to make a refund, today (non-cash, not cash), referring to the fact that there is no money, come later, there is still time, but coming next time from the other end of the city takes time. The store employee was very upset with her statements.
