We wanted to buy new pedals for the bike in this store, they showed us to the children's bike and said that there are 2 types for an adult. We have a teenage bike, so we didn’t know which pedals we needed. We brought our bicycle with us, so that we would certainly buy suitable pedals. The male seller did not even look at our bike to tell us which pedals we need to buy, he will not give us the key to unscrew the pedals, supposedly who will buy this key later. The service is poor, they should have a spare working wrench in the store, since we were not the only ones who came for the pedals, and a regular wrench cannot be unscrewed. In short, this store is with impudent sellers who do not want to sell goods, make money, receive salary, and gain customers. We'll go to another store. My good attitude to this store is ruined. Sellers are incompetent. Why buy a cat in a bag from them?
