Из минусов: сауна требует ремонта практически всего от джакузи до массажных кресел. Бассейн заливают хлоркой так что глаза слезятся. На обоснованные замечания по сервису не реагируют. Из плюсов: работают круглые сутки, тёплые полы Вывод: не стоит потраченных денег, одним словом, туда только на съем с девочками. Никому не советую эту сауну!

The sauna is gorgeous, the pool is great! The table is located directly opposite the pool, which is very convenient when you come to relax with children. The only negative is a lot of bleach! The son's eyes are red and watery from the water.

They took off the sauna and got all the chlorine poisoning! The water in the pool is not changed! An empty glass was found in the water, grapes were lying around! Half of the functions in the sauna do not work and we found out about it when we arrived there !!! We won't go there again. Everyone is in shock!

There was a serious scandalous situation. We have been going to your company for several years. It was my turn to book a sauna. I called on Friday April 17th and asked for Sunday evening. Administrator Olga replied that Sunday evening was sold. The company was outraged and presented me with claims that I had deceived them. Calling on Sunday we learned that all day is free, what kind of games do you have? We have not liked Olga’s arrogance and narcissism for a long time, but now she has also deceived me. Where are the friendly Alla and Katya ?! Work with staff. You are getting worse and worse. Take disciplinary action against Olga!
