I purchased the Iphone XR “New”, after 3 weeks the phone began to work just awful, more than 10 problems were revealed, half of which are significant disadvantages. The store without any problems offered an examination, which answered me that not a single problem was reproduced + the goods were returned incomplete. After all this, the store refused to replace with my surcharge for 11PRO. I will sue the company, as their actions are not lawful. Advice to everyone: do not mess with this company, even if their phones are cheaper by a couple of thousand, not worth it. Save up, wait, take the model cheaper in other stores, where customers are more loyal, but not here.
