The negligent attitude of doctors to their work! Here they did not complete it a little, they overlooked it and, as a result, after a while it turns into a big problem !!!! The child fell unsuccessfully in the garden and broke his front tooth, they came to the dentistry, they explained the problem that they broke a tooth, the gum turned red and swollen, the child complains of pain in the gums and does not even allow to brush his teeth, he cries and says it hurts. The reception lasted 5 minutes, they quickly examined us, they daubed something and let us go, they said that everything is fine and we exaggerate this. We listened to the doctors because the child was 3 years old and we thought maybe he really exaggerated. But no, two weeks passed, we flew on vacation and a huge purulent fistula jumped off above the broken tooth. Thank God, the vacation was within Russia, we found a hospital and went there, they examined us immediately, an X-ray was taken, it turned out that something happened to the root on impact and a slight inflammation turned out, but since Zlatoust dentistry is also paid! We did not immediately identify the reason. spoiled vacation and most importantly, a child can now be left without a front tooth for up to 7 years! And who will be able to cut his gums, it hurts! And I am very sorry that I have to torment him because of unqualified doctors who stupidly perform their work poorly!

Everything is great! Approach to each patient. Thanks to the doctor Yulia Stepanovna for professionalism, understanding and patience. A wonderful dentist, always does an excellent job. Cost justifies the job. There is nothing to compare, I visited almost all dentistry in the city. But I was satisfied only here. Now always to you! I advise children and pregnant women only here.

I went to this clinic twice. 1. The dentist-therapist put me an excellent seal, professionally asked about everything, and told me. All liked it. With the same impressions, I signed up for a dental surgeon for removal. 2. It was just awful! Even in clinics is better! slapped me in silence with an injection, broke (!) a tooth. And not only did she say nothing about the process, she also accused me of having broken a tooth due to my fault. For about 15 minutes she was looking for shards. I asked to take a picture and see the remains of the fragments. But in this clinic they don’t take such pictures! They gave a tooth, took 1,500 rubles. 1000 - a complicated extraction process (she broke a tooth - I paid), 150 - chlorhexidine treatment :))) injection, tools, etc. They didn’t give any recommendations, just sent home. I had to run for a doctor myself, ask "when can I eat, what can I eat, what kind of pain medication, antibiotics ..." and even when I asked these questions, she just washed her hands in gloves, Karl! Then she began to climb in the boy’s mouth with the same gloves ... I don’t know how it will heal. Removed a couple of hours ago. Conclusion: it’s better and cheaper to go to the clinic to the surgeon. I recommend a therapist.

I advise you to remove teeth only here. Expensive, but quickly, professionally, accurately, without complications, even wisdom teeth.
