I ordered in the evening, so that in the afternoon there was a delivery. In the morning two hours before the time chosen by myself! called. it turned out there are no necessary colors. The bouquet was replaced, but the card was not added, although it paid. We agreed on a photo report, the photo did not wait. They called themselves to learn from the hero of the day. The bouquet is beautiful, but at least the girl and the polite service at "3"

I do not know what happened to this salon, but obviously nothing good. Last year I ordered a bouquet for my mother - they worked perfectly. Direct rating of 5+. But in this ... Information on the name of the constituent bouquets is not indicated on the site; accordingly, NO ONE of the selected bouquets was collected in any way from me. Collected from what was. But here I had to name, write, myself, and even in Viber they did not answer, although they were in the "online" mode. I am in the north. I can’t always call, but they explained to me that real and calling people are a priority. Agree. We are all humans. But the question is, how in this case they worked with me last year, since such loads? Farther. I wanted to order a bouquet for the anniversary of my mother-in-law, I asked for availability but again in the void. And today, after 4 days, they still answered me, but the message was deleted immediately. Service on top. In general, if you are in another city, district, country, and you do not always have the opportunity to call and order the bouquet indicated on the site - do not order.
