Everything seems to be fine, but at the end of the reception, the amount goes out around 2500 and the question arises: why is it so expensive? And you can’t look at the check to check what is included in this price. The check simply says the amount to be paid. The price list also does not indicate the price of the x-ray. A lot of questions arise about the amounts that grow like pies on yeast and it would be nice if that was a good idea. A little sense. So why for some services the price is not indicated? Isn't the client right to know what he pays for? And this was only the first moment. The second point is related to the appointment with the doctor. There was a regular dialogue in which the veterinarian asked questions about the pet's lifestyle and diet. And all would be nothing ... It would be useless to get to the bottom, but it’s just unpleasant to hear how someone who you trust the life and health of your pet constantly scatters with phrases like "I don’t care what kind of food you feed him ...", "It doesn’t matter to me ..." etc. It becomes very unpleasant to continue the dialogue and generally stay in the clinic. I understand the situation that the doctor should not worry about the health of each patient, but at least select the right words and realize that you are talking to a person whose pet can be seriously ill, this must be understood. If I had once been asked to which veterinary clinic to go and check my pet, then I would never recommend Zoovetservice. I said everything as it is and I do not need to lie.
