The impressions are mixed, unfortunately, especially recently. At first, I really liked everything. Seedlings take root well, winter as well. But! Raspberries and strawberries are those categories that are not worth ordering in Zlatpitomnik. Raspberries, as a rule, are not accepted (however, in other online stores the same situation). I ordered strawberries twice - I flew both times in full. Planting material has come - do not believe it - WITHOUT ROOTS! Naturally dry. Previously, claims work was carried out adequately. Now - something with something! Under the new rules, an illiquid asset must be sent at its own expense, after having previously opened the package of the parcel in front of the eyes and postmen, etc. In general, what they just do not invent in order not to accept the claim. And then there is the incident - the deadlines for filing claims - 1 week from the receipt of the parcel. At the same time, a parcel with illiquid assets was received on Thursday, and on Sunday at the Zlatpitnik website I find out that it turns out that it was received more than 10 days ago (10 days ago it also did not arrive in the country :-) ...). In general, judge for yourself ...

This is not a nursery, this is some kind of bullying, from an order for 100 thousand rubles. Not one of the seedlings has not taken root, and they send the devil knows what. Not true to those varieties

I am very dissatisfied with the work of this cattery. When ordering 33 units of seedlings, only 20 were sent !!!!! Moreover, they did not inform about it. Not a phone call or a letter at all. Then do not take an advance payment right away if you do not know that you will 100% ensure the shipment of the entire quantity. You can't work like that. Confused by your apology. For such a long waiting time, I could order or buy in another place those seedlings that were not put in the package. The most annoying thing is that the order was originally made precisely because of the apple trees and strawberries, which were not put in the package, and the seedlings of other plants were ordered on the principle "it will not be superfluous." Now, when it comes to the return of the difference, they say that everything is not so simple with Kazakhstan and the return is only at the end of May, the total amount to all Kazakhstanis with whom it also happened. For the first time I see that the online store writes that the return is not so simple due to the fact that I'm in another country))))))))))))))))))))))))) Yes and now I see reviews that I'm not the only one. In general, I EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, AT LEAST TO KAZAKHSTANTS!
