I will say this - the quality of gasoline standards. A huge minus for me is that I was refused at least 5 times to refuel the car for various reasons. For example, you call in at night, the tanker says that you can’t pay with a card, you ask for what reason, it turns out the operator is resting. I understand that we are all human, and of course, sometimes we’re unbearably sleepy, but! I was so denied 4 !!! times. Yesterday 12.10.19 around 21:45, I stopped at a gas station, they told me sorry, we will be considered 15 minutes, we won’t refuel you, maybe of course I don’t know the schedule of the gas station, everyone has their own nuances, but the exxon oil schedule work is indicated around the clock without a break and weekends. After the refusal, I said that I would call the hotline, they answered me that if I have a calculation, they can still refuel the car, I was surprised at this turn of events, but refused and left for another gas station. I found the exxon oil phone number on the Internet, this is the Rostov landline phone number, which is indicated in the contacts of the company, it is impossible to get through to it in the evening, the subscriber is not available. I hope the quality of service will only get better in the future and it will be possible to put more stars in the recall, as well as add something good.
