It’s terrible, once my parcel was sent to some nearby village that they said later come and pick it up yourself, somehow persuaded them to send it back, and only after 4 days came ....

Work out of hand badly! Parcels come broken and with a delay of up to a month. A concrete example of the parcel in Zlatoust came on 25.01.19 But I have not reached yet. Although I live a mile and a half from the post office.

1. The mail is working by coupon and people are approaching without queue. 2. There are only 4 windows that work. 3. Give parcels to other people, after which they say your parcel go and take it away from another person.
