Many thanks to the staff for your professionalism, responsiveness and kind heart! Two women, unfortunately do not know the names, today saved our favorite cat named Zyuzik. He fell into the hands of a doctor in a deplorable state after a bee sting, fortunately all measures were taken to save him and he felt better, he was able to breathe and is already recovering. Thanks again, health to you and your loved ones !!!

A girl working there prescribed an antiviral, not paying attention to the fact that the cat is denied paws, joints are not moving well. She injected herself, took private money (she injected herself at home), commented that the cat was still in the same condition, replied that all the medicines were effective only two weeks later. The cat did not live these two weeks. When they turned to another veterinarian who was responsible for their work, they prescribed absolutely different medications, explained what and how. As another veterinarian said that everything that he was pricked, most likely undermined his heart and general condition.

Many thanks to the girls who lingered after work in order to complete paperwork with going abroad for our pet. It was a friday. Girls, you are the best!
