I dine here almost every day. Warm, comfortable, clean. Business lunch 250 + -30 ₽. wait 5-10 minutes, just wash your hands. Salad, first, second, drink (tea, coffee) Today I was pleasantly surprised, the portion size was increased, a drink was added. Chicken soup with crackers did not have time to take a picture, it was delicious, like the rest of the dishes. Well done, keep it up.

I really like this place, very tasty, prices are affordable. There were 5 times the last time there were many orders for a long time served, but the taste was worth the wait.

We were a family passing through Zlatoust. We decided to dine in a cozy place. The choice fell on this institution. The interior is cozy. A children's playroom is a plus. While the order is being prepared, the child can take an hour and a half (this is how much time it took the local chef to prepare the burger). The child came running every half hour with the question: -What, haven't they brought it yet? Had to order fries and milkshake twice. Two salads began to be brought in 40 minutes after ordering, with a time interval of half an hour !!!! Those. the dinner together did not go well. Finally, a burger often ordered for children, recommended by the kind waiter, was brought. I regret not taking a photo of this "masterpiece". I never thought that a black burger is sesame buns burnt to the level of charcoal. The child didn't even eat a third !!!!! I will not say anything about the steak from "tender" veal. Why ask the degree of roasting, if a piece of tasteless meat is not something to live with - it is not possible to cut it. Thank you for not taking money for these "dishes".

We have been sitting for 30 minutes and looking at the waiters, we ask you to come, but there is no reaction! Long wait! They asked me to bring a sauce like cheese, they brought ketchup! The interior is super, the service is not very good !!!
