After a week of use, the owner of the phone (son) noticed that the phone began to freeze again: the transition from one application to another is very slow, sometimes it takes more than two minutes. We tried to deal with the situation on our own, referring to the system reboot, and deleted some applications. the phone was in no hurry, because it was a gift. A couple of days later, the action was repeated again: now the lock button did not want to work. They brought the phone for exchange, but they do not want to change it in the store. They offer to diagnose the item. Diagnostics which takes 20-40 days, I am not satisfied. I note that 11 days have passed since the date of purchase, and the warranty period is 14 days! Very polite and com I explained my problem in a patent in the store. The result is no reaction! I will contact Rospotrebnadzor and other organizations in order to obtain the legal right to exchange this product !!!

I came to Eldorado in Nazran, chose an oven, saw the previous price, appreciated the discount on Golden Friday, took something else for little things, wrote us a check, went to pay, they take the full price from us. 11 they write off something from my son's card. On my question ; why, they answer me, and they buy THESE OVENS from us without discounts! And why are the prices with discounts, they answer; they say the young man who works there is sick, but others do not know that there is no discount on this product! If it does, we will hold it, if not, then we will apologize. It was offensive, and I demanded a refund. I won't go any more. I was told that they always throw, so I experienced myself. I bought a split system with free installation, polite and excellent staff, but minus 2 points for a free installation. There are no questions for the installation wizards either, but the pricing policy for paying for the installation wants to be better. In short, I paid almost 6,000 rubles for the installation. Be careful, take the free installation with money! :)
