Gostinitsa "Marmelad"

Awful Having booked the room on September 19, five hours before arrival, and arriving at the hotel at 23.00 Moscow time, we were denied check-in, supposedly they called them an hour ago and ordered this number for tomorrow. We were in shock. We drove off-road to this hotel, by the way, it’s just the basement of a residential building, and again at night we go somewhere, look for a place to spend the night. Still, they gave us some other number to spend the night only. There is only one wall outlet for the TV almost near the ceiling, it is unrealistic to charge the phone. Another 100 km would be better. drove the extra, but did not stop here. We will go around the Marmalade hotel side.

A terrible room was given to us at number 8. The floors are tiled with ice. But they turned off the heating and this is not a reason to suffer the guests. Owners for such a price could give a heater. Were with 2 children. Beforehand, the administrator (she was sitting at the counter) was warned that we would be with children. And the price is not small !!!!. Guests of the city do not recommend this hotel! To not left a bad impression of the city.

The rooms inside look pretty good, but davolno bad soundproofing, almost does not catch the Internet.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, the renovation is almost chic, BUT the hotel is located in the basement of a residential building. And the pipes of communications, although hidden from the eyes, are not at all hidden from the ears. Every time someone in the house pulled off the toilet, it feels like a flood is starting in the room. And the audibility with neighboring rooms is such that it seems as if there are linen screens instead of walls! I lived in room 7. They say that similar problems are not in all rooms. Didn't check. But the wifi is normal.

Everything cool. Loved it. Pleasant staff. Cozy
