Administrator at the restaurant. Go to the restaurant, they will give you the keys and accept payment. We didn't get to the administrator right away, we had to go through the whole restaurant) but we were escorted by the hotel maid. At the entrance to the hotel there is an intercom that opens with a separate key. The room has a regular lock, locked with a regular key. In general, we really liked it, very colorful and beautiful.
