I ordered flowers for my aunt, because I live far away, I myself was not able to choose. The girls sent a photo of the finished bouquet to vats app, took into account all the wishes, changed the packaging a little, as I asked, and the bouquet was perfect. Not the first time. On March 8, I ordered tulips, mixed up the color of the flowers themselves and the packaging. Last week (specially in advance!), My sister and I ordered a flower arrangement in a hat box, chose from what is presented on the site. On the day of delivery, they sent a photo before leaving, when they had already taken the money and nothing could be changed, and accordingly, we did not have time to look for it - it had an inappropriate composition on the description: instead of a nice purple polka dot hat box with a ribbon that, in general, I did half the impression, planted the flowers in an ordinary white cardboard! Answer: "We cannot 100% repeat what has already happened." What to repeat? A packaging that is simply not available? They did not warn, did not consult and did not apologize. They took the money, blinded from what was, and confronted the fact! Ugliness! Never again!
