Disgustingly processed the order. We agreed on a lilac-blue-beige bouquet with a reservation "without red" with delivery. As a result, the whole bouquet in my understanding is red, to which they answered me that there are pink (!), And not red flowers. They didn’t attach a note for delivery, but attached a piece of paper on which they marked the cost (!!!) of the order, the details of the flowers, the text of that note and my phone number, which they promised to notify me after delivery (of course, they didn’t notify me). And the recipient of the bouquet with the words "Do you want to neigh?" Already showed me the note. At the same time, at my request to return the money for an extremely poorly executed order, they answered "return the bouquet, then we will return the money"
