Rather expensive for such a place. Poor cuisine. But friendly staff... You can hardly find good restaurant in Rostov. Despite city center was nicely renovated, service is still like in 90th

We went to a cafe to have tea with dessert after a tour of the Rostov Kremlin. Everything was fine.

It is cheap but really not good. Their vegetarian burger is a half of pita with french fries and ketchup in it, we waited for a really long time and then all our dishes (soups, mains) arrived at once. The soups were ok though, and price wise it was recommendable.

I believe that this restaurant is just an average place. I've been there with my relatives. So, I didn't have any complain for my dish, however the others were disappointed in the desserts they ordered. My relatives love sweets a lot, can eat almost all of them. But in this case they even couldn't finish those cakes... I haven't tried them but I guess they must be really awful. I should notice that the restaurant works till 11 p.m., that's really convenient for tourists. It's not easy to find in this small abandoned town any restaurant at so late time. The town looks kind of like extinct after sunset.

Looks a little fancy but the food is average at best. They served beer that was more warm than cold and when I asked for a cold one they said they don't have cold draft beer. Waitresses were nice but that's about it. Also, I was served good looking but disappointing pelmeni. Definitely an under expectations experience.
