A strange place. There are monuments to the heroes of the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War, and to the soldiers-internationalists, and the liquidators of the Chernobyl disaster. There is also a museum and a memorial to the victims of Stalinist repressions and just an exhibition of modern military equipment. Mixed feelings. The entrance is free.
