Faced with some employees of the bank, and was struck by their lack of professionalism. I took a loan secured by an auto-chief of the security service Bozhenko to check the deposit, called everyone except the owner of the car — that is, me. Have you heard about such a thing as bank secrecy? For a certificate of the state of the loan account they demanded payment, although this service is based on Part 1 of Art. 10 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" should be free! A nightmare, not a bank! I do not advise anyone.
