Dumb staff, constantly changing. They close early, although they say that they still work. The staff normally does not help and everyone wants to throw your question to another employee. I had an hour and a half explaining my question to the employees who always wanted to back away from you, in the end the administrator came and the question did not dare !!! Constant queues and a queue terminal that does not work.
