We leave a review in connection with the discrepancy between the external beauty and the price of hotel services and the quality and convenience of staying there. We are people in our 50s and have recently started traveling. This was the fourth hotel during our trip. According to the cost of stay, it was the most expensive of 4. Therefore, we were upset with the service and comfort (rather, their lack). Number 208. Cons: 1. no connection (only Wi-Fi, and calls via messengers), 2.the telephone in the room did not work, to call the employee it was necessary to go downstairs, 3. There was no kettle or refrigerator in the room 4. There are no sockets near the bedside tables 5. It is difficult to turn on the TV (a circuit for turning it on and two remotes) 6. The lamp on one of the beds did not work 7. Lack of shelves in the closet and 4 hangers in total. 8. Towels (which should be clean) were with someone's black hair (my husband and I are light) I almost vomited from this. 9. Shower room small 10. Unpleasant smell in the toilet and the room as a whole Pros : 1. Object of cultural heritage (this is what the staff constantly talked about)
