Documents sent to the department are lost, the client is not called back, calls are dropped. Very poor service. I do not recommend it.

I turned to this branch on December 14, 2019 with the aim of writing an application for closing accounts. The document was accepted by an employee of Starodubova Ekaterina Andreevna, loan manager. After the due period of the operation specified in the application were not executed. My application was simply lost or not registered properly. Photocopies of the documents were sent to the post office of the Russian Bank 02.15.2020 with a request to carry out the necessary operations and to understand the reasons for the delay. Correspondence with the customer support center continues to no avail to this day. Strongly do not recommend this bank.

I applied to this office to repay the loan from the partner bank of Rusfinance Bank. Has brought money, has asked to transfer the sum on my account for debt write-off. The operator assured that there was no need to translate any more. As a result, it turned out that the money for five days is already on the account of Rosbank and not transferred to Rusfinance and my debt is not repaid. Again you need to escape to the office and find out why the operator is not aware of how and what to do with the money deposited. Disgusting!
