Hello! For more than a week, namely since 12.05, I have relations with this company, which are not very pleasant to me. They brought me a sofa that I had been waiting for since February, which was not the right size. Then a series of conversations began with employees who could not decide anything. I was fed the promise of a chime, but no one called back. I, an elderly woman, had to wait 20 minutes for a connection on the phone. They could not do a sofa change for me and they offered to make a refund that I can’t wait for. I was misinformed about the amount and date of return. Nobody called me !!!! Today I called again myself and they told me to wait for a call back. There was no call. I again, 10 minutes before the end of their work, called. No result! Most likely, the employee is either not informed himself or is not trained. There are no processes in the complaints department. This is a question for leadership, of course !!! I won’t return to the color of the sofas. I don’t know where to go next! For me it’s nerves, and money as a pensioner is considerable.
