Yesterday I ran a distance on a 20km cross-road at the GRUT 2019 marathon held in the city of Suzdal. At some points I recalled our Crossfit exercises, which helped me with ease to overcome difficult trials on the track and keep a good pace, which later turned into an excellent finish and the best mood! !))
