Close to the Savior-on-Senyah church in the 17th century, the White Chamber was attached, supposedly taking the Patriarch's Palace in the Moscow Kremlin as a model. It has a traditional one-pillar design for the XVI-XVII centuries. The interior is well illuminated by rather wide window openings decorated with a so-called “hanging stone”. The White Chamber was also called the Dining Room, since here Metropolitan Jonah Sysojevich arranged solemn meals.

Items from the museum collections of icon painting, woodcarving, painting, church utensils, weapons, arts and crafts, handwritten and early printed books, documents, photographs are displayed here. For the demonstration of objects, bookcases and showcases are used - the equipment of the Museum of Church Antiquities. It is better to buy a ticket to this exposition immediately in a package at the reception desk at the entrance ... a must visit ..

The museum’s widest exposition presents so many relics, portraits, old books, icons, choirs, maps, furniture that many exhibitions and galleries can envy! Here you can plunge into several eras on the same day. This is general information .... We were in January 2018 ... Finally, the sun finally appeared on the territory of the Kremlin, so we managed to take some good pictures ... and they spent almost an hour viewing the exhibits quietly in the museum itself ... just great !!!
