For this price it is very good, paid 900 r for a room with two beds. The rooms are very small and very audible. From above there is a great view of the lake. Suitable for 1 night stay

Very original place. Stayed in May 2018. K + can be attributed to the location of the guest house (near the Kremlin and the lake). In summer there may be good, but during the cold season I recommend to think very well before booking this "hotel". The rooms are cold. They do not save 3 blankets and a small heater. The rooms resemble a compartment in size on the train. Only 2 sockets in one of which the heater was turned on. The toilet and the shower should be walked along the street. Fi catches not everywhere (almost anywhere). Parking near the house. In general, the EU and you are looking for something different, this place is definitely for you.
