I did not see the administrator. I asked for a book of complaints, the seller at first did not want to give it to me, they say this is not our problem, and deal with Sberbank which took the money. But I insisted on my own and asked to fix problems with Internet orders. In addition, I want to note that the employees did not try to help me solve this problem and did not offer any compromise. Alas. Saturday night was ruined, I had to go home. P.S. Thanks to Sberbank, who returned my money after my application.
