I would like to leave a review about the employee Valeria from the store for 50 years of the Komsomol 4 Ulyanovsk. It seems like they appeared, I always buy bread at home from you. To like the attitude towards customers, such an order, such a store feature is good. But some employees should not work in your store, because the image is undermined. Today, as usual, with the opening, the first one came to buy bread and his favorite loaf, the seller Valeria first greeted with a feigned smile of a robot, gave what she asked. I began to consider it a trifle to pay off. Seeing this, she began to insist in the affirmative that 3 rubles of 50 kopecks each was not money and she could not give it to anyone. I asked if she refused to accept the money as payment, to which the seller roughly grabbed the money from the plate and pointedly threw it into the trash, calling it a goat. To be honest, I was stunned by this, I asked for a complaint book and the number of the quality department. She reluctantly provided it and, leaving the counter, went into the back room and from there she continued to insult me. Hopefully this review will be seen by the management and will take action on this employee. There are cameras in the store, and I hope they write with sound, for the girl is cunning and called her names with a friendly smile on her face.

Delicious pastries. System of discounts. Tea, coffee, juice. Cool you can eat. Increased prices to the detriment of quality since March 2019.
