It is extremely rare to write reviews, but in this clinic the staff at the reception simply struck, at the doctor’s appointment in 2 procedures they spent less time than registration and payment. Employee Lesina L.V. filled in the data for about 20 minutes, very slowly, being distracted by personal affairs, they were late for the reception. There were a doctor Egorova I.G. on ultrasound and FGDS, a very competent doctor, I liked it. Actually, they came to medgard only because of the doctor. Upon returning from the procedures, the difficulty arose again, this time with payment, the payment was accepted by another manager. Employees do not know the discounts and promotions that take place in the clinic, the manager directly stands with a stock on a set of procedures with a discount size, she doesn’t see anything, she doesn’t know, she can’t accept money from another employee’s statement !! I think not acceptable reception work without knowledge of information about services and promotions, why should I spend my time to check the employee for his work ?! What else struck me was the lack of any places to wait for an appointment; I have never seen anything like this !! From the clinic and the staff at the reception in horror, the cost of procedures and services is the same as in other paid clinics in the center, Medgard is much worse.
